Barbra is one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with. She is passionate about her work, very professional and truly cares about her clients! We live 2.5 hours from our new home. Barbara did a great job to coordinate various contractors/inspectors for appointments. The whole buying process was very smooth and efficient. I would recommend Barbra to family and friends.

Barb Fink has helped with 3 different sales for me and my family. We sold our family home four years ago and the sale was very easy for us as Barb was very knowledgeable with the market and pricing and we sold above asking price and with only one showing. Barb has also helped us sell two of our rentals in the past two years and those were smooth and great. We are very pleased with her responsiveness and knowledge and how great she was with communicating with the buyers agents and how professional she conducts her business. I would use her again if the opportunity should arise.

I had to task Barbara in the selling of one home and the purchase of another and as daunting it sounds, she was very attentive to all the details in doing both and I think it went as smoothly as it could possibly be done. She helped in the preparation for the sale of the first one, and helped be find issues that needed to be addressed in the purchase of the other, so I felt I got the maximum price on one and value on the other. It has increased in value 34% since I bought it.
