We had the most pleasant experience with Barry. Despite our property being on the market quite awhile he was able to use some internet links that previous agents hadn't accessed to help us sell it. Was always available and responsive to our concerns. At the end of our contract we had the chance to sell the property to a friend and he suggested that we wait till the contract ended that way we wouldn't have to pay his commission. Fortunately for him and us and unfortunately for our friends the property sold the last month of the contract. Great agent--would recommend him wholeheartedly.
