07/06/2015 Ed & Rose Bendas Bought a home in 2015 in Leon, Victorville, CA 92394. A couple of months ago my wife and I were looking for a home for our son to rent. He will be attending Loma Linda University in the fall of 2015. After several weeks of looking at apartments and being placed on long waiting lists we decided to explore other avenues. With interest rates and home prices at affordable levels we contacted several Real Estate agents; Barry Goodrich was quick to respond to us and we found him very knowledgeable about the area. Within hours of our first conversation we were set up with several homes to check out the next day. We found a very nice safe neighborhood and placed an offer on a home. We were very pleased with the fact that even with an offer in, Barry was still showing us other homes in the proximity. We were very impressed with the complete process, from finding we could own cheaper than renting, to meeting with a home inspector we felt assured we purchased the best home we could for our son and his fellow roommates. Even to this day, several weeks after closing, we feel we could contact Barry with a concern or question and we would be afforded the same response as that first day with a speedy reply.
