We worked with Holly to purchase our first home and closed in December and although there were bumps in the road Holly was amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. We were under contract on a house that had terrible roofing issues and Holly fought hard to get us out of the contract with no legal repercussions, and although we lost our deposits we were grateful that we were not stuck with what appeared to be a money pit of a home. We found the home that we purchased and immediately Holly went to bat for us and negotiated to have all closing costs covered which helped us take a huge financial burden off of our shoulders. When push came to shove in asking for repairs to be made to the home Holly fought every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. I never once felt there was a lack of communication on her part and I felt like her and their preferred lender, Jim, communicated with me every step of the way about what to expect as the next steps. The professionalism that Holly portrayed during this process has allowed me to confidently tell my colleagues how great she was and they are considering her for their future home purchases. Even after closing Holly has stayed in contact and checked in periodically which truly shows me she cares for us and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure we are happy. Thank you for everything Holly.
