Barry brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate deal-making experience to our clients, focusing on landlord and tenant representation, mixed-use, land and retail transactions. His approach is to emphasize the development of long-term relationships based on trust and understanding of client’s needs from a business point of view, while addressing the real estate requirement. Barry has extensive knowledge in retail leases and sales, investment and consulting/advisory activities. As director of TRI Inc Realtor’s Property Management division, he understands the value excellent asset management brings to clients’ return on investment.
