Bart Gardner

Bart has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. He started in the industry as a Real Estate Appraiser and founded DFW Appraisals which he owned and managed for more than 14 years before selling the firm in 2015. In 2005, he started buying and selling properties. This has included the renovation of residential as well as commercial properties for more than 13 years now. He sold his appraisal business to focus solely on the building and development aspect of the residential and commercial market which is his true passion. His love for design and creating something beautiful lead Bart to be voted “D Best Builder in Dallas” by D Magazine 2 years in a row. Bart has also built up a commercial holdings portfolio with holdings throughout Texas and Florida through his company and various partnerships. Bart takes great pride in all his builds and development, whether they are new or renovations. He also makes sure he provides his clients with a high quality product while providing exceptional customer service. Bart lives in Rockwall with his wife and two children. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University.
