Be Tran

Be Tran specializes in buyer representation, 1031 exchange properties, net leased properties and site selection. Prior to joining Cottonwood Commercial in 2003, Be was an executive officer for a Vietnamese combat infantry company, and he is fluent in Vietnamese. He moved to the United States in 1980 and after earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in Information Management, he worked in the computer software industry as a programmer/analyst for Hopeman Brothers, a marine construction company. He was also the director of information systems for Virginia Panel, an interconnect system manufacturing company and owned and operated two convenience stores. He currently owns and operates Popeye’s Restaurant in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
