Bea Bolsen

Bea Bolsen was born as a German citizen in Zopot, Poland a Vacation Resort at the Baltic Sea. After high school she moved to Hamburg Germany and studied law with her husband and best friend. After graduation of law school, she devoted her time to raise her two daughters and invested, remodeled and decorated real estate in her spare time. When Bea moved with her family to the Naples / Marco Island area in 2001, she became a personal banker for the Royal Palm Bank. In 2007 she started her career as a full time Realtor and founded 5th Ave Real Estate with her husband and Broker Stefan Bolsen. This boutique style company was located at 487 5th Ave S and sold in 2014 to Coldwell Banker when the Bolsen Team reached $50M in sales. International Real Estate was always Bea's forte, and she catered to many customers from all over the world. Her German, Polish and also Russian language skills are invaluable, and everyone is happy to work with Bea. Her clients love to work with her for her friendly and outgoing personality, creativity, and taste. In her free time Bea enjoys boating Marco Island, Naples and the ten thousand islands; golfing one of the best courses in the US; and horseback riding in Naples fascinating nature.
