We are several weeks late with this review for Bea and her assistant Joseph Wachtel due to cancer, covid, chemo, quarantine ++++
Bea and Joseph listed our property, took beautiful pictures/video, we had 2 solid offers after the first open house and then my husband's cancer took over.
We ended up having to back out of the sale in the 11th hour due to the location of my husband's treatments being changed.
Joe went above and beyond helping to "set the stage" for our property to be shown as we were nearly 300 miles away and not there to do the work ourselves. The list is too long to type all the things that Beatrice Bogorad and Joseph Wachtel did to help us.
Constant communication, updates, easy to understand language, purchasing and placing fresh cut flowers in the kitchen are just a few things one can count on from this dynamic duo.
