When he is finding a home for you, he looks for the best neighborhood, negotiates the best price, and makes sure that the home and land is suitable. When he is selling your home, he uses his years of experience, Feng Shui Certification (CFSC) and other modalities to help GET YOUR HOME SOLD QUICKLY.

Beau is a Florida Native, and his love for real estate began when he worked as a Film Location Scout/Manager. He began buying properties for investment purposes, and found he had a talent in reselling them quickly, so he acquired his Florida Real Estate license in 2008. He became a million dollar producer his first year, and since that time he has SOLD OVER 35 MILLION dollars in sales, and closed over 500 transactions.

On his spare time he loves Fishing, and spending time on his Florida ranch or in the West NC Mountains (where he also possesses a realtor license).
