We worked with Becky over a year until we found the absolute perfect house for us! We were relocating so it was a little more challenging for all of us. She was not only professional but extremely patient with us! Always on time and not like some realtors who are always seem in a hurry which can make you feel pressured! Over time, she became our friend, not just our realtor. When we did finally purchase, we could not have asked for a more efficient smooth buying and closing process. We recently used Becky Smith to purchase our new home. To say she is the epitome of professionalism is an understatement. I called her, asking to see a house, She didn't know us, and we lived in an area about 25 miles away. I told her I found her in the Church bulletin and I loved her ad. "Let me help you" is what it said. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. Becky took us to the house, put our offer in, and an hour later called us with the wonderful news! We got our dream home! She was that quick, and on a Friday evening, too. Becky was on top of everything every step of the way. She also made our closing a breeze. As our attorney said, "She's top notch." We couldn't agree more! When you want it done right, call Becky. She's simply the best. (I wish we could give her 10 stars!)

Becky was a joy to work with. My husband and I relocated from New Hampshire which created some challenges as we had to fly in to see properties. Becky went above and beyond visiting properties we were interested in. She even sent us video tours of them. We had a hard time narrowing down our search but she helped us determine the best property to invest in. Becky has a wonderful way of putting you at ease while navigating the stresses that come with buying a new home. During our negotiations she had a firm understanding of the market which helped us get the best price for our new home. I highly recommend Becky if you are either buying or selling a property.
