Belia Martinez

Belia Martinez is an experienced realtor in the East Bay.
She is also a veteran that served in the US Army and served on the East Bay Chapter Board for VAREP (Veteran Real Estate Professionals) as Vice-President. She enjoys giving back to her community and volunteers through VAREP events to raise funds for our veterans.

Belia is bilingual and is able to serve and work with Spanish-speaking families. She graduated from Texas Women’s University and holds a BA in Business Finance.

She has two sons that have grown up attending the Livermore Schools. She has spent many years volunteering in and outside of the classroom helping with fundraisers for our Livermore students. She also served on the Livermore School Board.

When she is not working or serving as a volunteer for our community, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also enjoys biking, running half marathons and scrapbooking.
