Belinda Huerta

Belinda Huerta brings a tangible sense of care and detail to her real estate transactions and has an acute eye for potential real estate investments. Her previous career experience proves that she believes strongly in community and in helping people; this is what drew her to become a realtor and join the Coldwell Banker team.

Belinda graduated from the University of Texas and immediately became an active member in her community. She worked in the healthcare industry for many years, owning three different assisted living homes. Her extensive interest in the well-being of people and her business acumen led her to the top of her industry, where she served as a board member for three different organizations: the Advisory Board for Assisted Living, the Texas Assisted Living Association, and the Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes.

Belinda’s years of healthcare and real estate ownership has given her a keen sense of what people need in a home and their surrounding community. When she transitioned to real estate, Belinda showed the same moxie in her realty community and is actively involved in the Austin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband of 28 years, Albert and their three sons Nick, Daniel, and Mateo, and her fur-daughter (a Maltese/Poodle named Sophie). She is an active Lifetime Member of the UT Alumni Association and an avid fan of the Longhorns; she and her family love to attend all of the UT football and UT Men’s basketball games. When she isn’t attending a sporting event, Belinda loves to exercise and stays physically active, enjoys music events, and spends time with her family. She also is a member of the Bowie Basketball Boosters where she serves as treasurer, the Centex Shooters, a non-profit, where she serves as president, and the Bowie Class of 2018 Boosters where she serves as secretary.
