My experience with Bella was extremely positive. I was introduced to her through my sister, and her professionalism with my mother and I as her clients could not have been any higher. Of the many services I've received over the years, hers was by far the highest. She was attentive, and jumped on resolving any of our queries or concerns.
If anyone wonders, the housing market in Philly is iron-hot right now, and every time you express an interest in a house, it gets snatched right up. It would have been so easy to compromise on our wants and be coerced into just settling for any type of house. But Bella really took the time to explore to find the type of house that my mother wanted in an up and coming safe, clean, diverse neighborhood of Philly. Every time we had questions not just about the houses, but the neighborhoods, Bella would respond asap.
She was also present on all of our inspections, and made sure to ask questions she would have wanted asked had it been her mother who was trying to buy a house. She treated my mother as her own, showing genuine concern, and reminding her on details, and offering possible solutions to concerns we might have down the line when our newly bought house would inevitably need repairs as any house needs after some time has passed. She also helped in our negotiation process with the seller over what repairs or inspections we wanted resolved, and this took a great financial burden off our chests.
I don't believe there could have been anyone better suited as a realtor for our family, to advocate for us as buyers, and to help us close the deal smoothly in matter of just a few weeks of finding this house. I am truly grateful to Bella, for her experience, and her genuinely contagious hope to find our house.
