Ben moved to Gainesville in 1996 and has since taken on roles as both a student and a staff member at the University of Florida. Additionally, he has served as a faculty member at Santa Fe College. His academic journey has led him to study biology and anthropology, with a particular focus on exploring the genetic diversity that makes each individual unique. His love for the outdoors drives him to spend time exploring the numerous natural wonders our community has to offer. When he's not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing at the beach, and embracing a healthy outdoor lifestyle.
The real estate process brings him great satisfaction. He initiated his real estate career by assisting those closest to him, including family, friends, and neighbors. In fact, the first home he ever sold was to his father-in-law. Since then, he has had the privilege of working with various individuals, such as physicians, pharmacists, distinguished faculty, staff, and students at the University of Florida. His strong connections to the university community have provided him with a deep understanding of their unique needs and preferences.
