Choose BEN First. Buying a home is a HUGE move. You can't take it back like a bad pair of shoes. You need to trust the professionals assisting you that you're not missing anything and that they are guiding you to invest your funds in the way you really want to. You want to know that when all the papers are signed you'll have no regrets! I've got to say that Ben Costa went above and beyond on my behalf to make sure my interests were protected and that the home that I really wanted is the one that I ended up with.
