Ben Cushing

Ben, along with his wife Amy and sons Tucker and Andrew, resides in New London. Since 1997, Ben has been an active Realtor and currently holds the position of the 2023 President of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the esteemed National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.

Previously, Ben was the owner and operator of Cushing Real Estate in New London before establishing the Cushing School of Real Estate, where he taught real estate courses for individuals seeking licensure and for Realtors requiring continuing education credits.

Ben is a highly regarded professional, having received the 2016 Realtor of the Year Award from the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, and the 2019 Distinguished Service Award from the NH Association of Realtors. Furthermore, from 2016 to 2019, he served as the Treasurer for the NH Association of Realtors and is also a member of the Honor Society and a RPAC Major Investor.
