Ben listened to us and the properties he showed us met our specs. Once we decided on which one we wanted, he fully explained the offer strategy. Once the offer was accepted he coordinated with the mortgage lender to expedite the gathering of the documents needed for the close.
The whole process from start to finish was smooth and left us comfortable that we had chosen the right person. At all times, communication s were excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about Ben! He helped us get a house in this crazy competitive market quickly! He was a great communicator not only with us, his clients, but with other agents, keeping us in-the -know throughout the entire buying process. My wife and I worked with Ben Osborn beginning early January 2022 as First Time Homebuyers. Ben was recommended to us via two separate friends who had worked successfully with him to purchase their own homes. From the start, Ben has been a fantastic partner in our endeavor to purchase a home in a competitive seller’s market in a hyper competitive region. I was consistently impressed with Ben’s professionalism, his knowledge of real estate, and his frankness during the entire process. Ben started us off slowly, even before we could technically put in a bid, and spent time with us on the weekends looking at houses so that we could nail down our preferences and needs well before finally putting in our first bid. Once we started bidding, Ben was in constant communication with us regarding our strategy, and receiving information from the Seller regarding our bids and counter bids. We never felt pushed by Ben to make a bid or decision we were uncomfortable with. In the end, Ben helped us successfully find our new home and close as of this March! We recommend him and his team without reservation!

He is on time, super hard working and extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. Ben has not only helped with the successful sale of our home and the buying of a great piece of land, but has also been in integral part of doing our new build and managing the construction of it.
