Ben began his real estate career in 1998 after owning a small business in Michigan. Running his own business for almost ten years, Ben learned the values of hard work and customer service. When he decided to sell his business and begin the real state career he immediately rose to the top 10% in Michigan's largest single office; which is now one of the largest Re/Max offices in the state. After much success in Michigan, Ben decided to make the move to Florida. He grew up in this area visiting his grandparents who made this their permanent home in 1976. Following his grandparents were his parents, aunts, uncles, and other members of his extended family. That makes Ben the third generation living here now. He believed in the state of Florida and knows this area has much to offer.
While in Florida, Ben increased his knowledge in the real estate field. While practicing real estate he also managed a large real estate firm where he oversaw 350+ transactions a year, did contract compliance, and assisted agents in helping home sellers and buyers through the transaction process. After success in management Ben was asked to become a real estate trainer in northern Pinellas and Pasco counties for one of the largest brokers in the Tampa Bay area with close to 500 Realtors. During that time he taught experienced and new agents the proper way to run their real estate business effectively and then ultimately give their clients superior customer service.
