Ben Powell

Ben is a Floyd County native and a graduate of Pepperell High School in 1990. While in school he began learning a trade as a concrete mason for local builders. It wasn’t too long before his reputation afforded him the opportunity to start his own business. His business boomed as he earned the work of the majority of Rome and Cartersville’s residential and commercial builders. In 2004, Ben sold his business to his partner and began his career in real estate. He started out as an investor buying, renovating, and selling the properties. In 2007, Ben obtained his real estate license to pursue other avenues of real estate. His journey led him to American Auctioneers where he then obtained his Georgia auctioneers’ license. He spent nine years, helping clients sell hundreds of properties and thousands of pieces of equipment. In 2016, Ben transitioned to focus his efforts solely on selling real estate. Ben has spent his entire life in Rome/Floyd County and has his heart set on giving back to the community that helped make him who he is today. As a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Ben specializes in selling fine homes, land, investment, and commercial property spanning Northwest Georgia.
