Ben and Sheila are fantastic people and I would recommend them to anyone. Ben answered my initial cold call (looking for a realtor) on a holiday. He always made time for my texts and calls. His communication was top notch when it came to the contract, contract revisions, and was super helpful relaying information for well respected inspectors. He had no fear putting in offers under asking price, which ultimately lowers his paycheck. He had a trunk full of tools and he spent 20 minutes with me trying to get into the crawlspace. He offered to walk the property lines of 16 acres with his measuring wheel. Even after closing Ben and Sheila continue to go above and beyond making for a smooth transition into our new home.

Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic experience with Ben and Sheila. 10/10. Very happy experience buying this house with their help.
