Ben Searway, CCIM

He is a licensed REALTOR® practicing both commercial and residential real estate. Past clients and industry peers named him a 2022 Top Realtor by Fort Worth Magazine. Prior to joining CB, Ben was an Acquisitions Manager for a real estate development company in Fort Worth. Previously, he was an Asset Manager for a Dallas-based private equity firm specializing in distressed real estate. Ben is an active member of the community through his involvement in industry and neighborhood organizations. He serves on the steering committee of the Young Leaders Council within the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, participates as a committee member at Ridglea Country Club, and has sponsored the Ridglea Hills Neighborhood Association events in the past. Ben attended Ridglea Hills elementary and All Saints’ Episcopal School. He was awarded the designation of Eagle Scout as a member of Troop 326. Ben holds a BBA degree in management from the University of Mississippi. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter Mary Elizabeth. Ben enjoys golfing, scuba diving, and running half/full marathons.
