Ben is a native Oregonian and has lived on the Eastside of Portland his whole life. He grew up in SE Portland and now he and his wife are raising their two children in the area. Ben has extensive knowledge of the Eastside neighborhoods and surrounding regions. Being a lifelong resident of the area, he has a unique inside perspective that is extremely helpful to clients in their home search. Ben started his career in real estate in 2003. He began in national lending which led him to working for a conventional bank. He then moved into the private money and investment side of real estate. Ben has helped builders, developers, investors, and homeowners on both the buying and selling side of real estate, as well as helping assist in structuring the right financing to fit those needs. Today, Ben is a licensed Realtor who specializes in assisting individuals, couples, and families in buying and selling homes. His diverse level of experience and tenure in the industry make him proficient in the most important areas of buying and selling homes: Area knowledge, Pricing consideration, Construction, Finance and Negotiation.
