Ben was my realtor during this difficult pandemic time, for about a year. I started to look for a house in September 2020 and finally moved into my new home at the end of 2021. Ben was with me for the entire time and I really appreciate his help and professionalism. At the beginning of my home search, I looked at both existing homes and new reconstructions. Ben was responsive, patient, and proactive. He showed me some existing homes and listened to my comments while walking through them so he understood what my needs were and what I was looking for. I decided to pursue new constructions and Ben was totally supportive. Ben went above and beyond to search for new home possibilities in other areas. He followed up with the builders on my behalf and always keep me updated. It was rough competition to get in because of the market at that time and Ben was patient and persistent. In February 2021, I was contacted by the builder and landed on the current home I’m living in. During the construction process, Ben was with me along the entire time - signing contract, reviewing solar options, going to design center, picking up upgrades, and finally having home walk-throughs. I’m totally happy with my choice after moving into my new home. Ben has always been helpful and gave his professional opinions when needed. I appreciate his help very much and would highly recommend Ben for anyone!!

Ben is amazing! He takes the time to really understand what his clients needs are and will work tirelessly to see them satisfied. He is very responsive to any and all questions or concerns throughout the buying/selling process! If you need a real estate agent, look no further!
