We have purchased 4 homes in our lifetime, in different states. We have had varying luck with realtors. He was by far the best. We don't intend to sell or buy another house, but I will certainly recommend him to any and all friends/coworkers.

As a first time home buyer, Ben was an absolute gem to work with! I got his recommendation from my sister who also loved working with him and I'm so glad I followed her advice! He walks you through every step and when it actually comes to looking at houses this guy really shines. He'll tell you exactly what you NEED to hear about a house, even if it's not exactly what you want to hear. We also worked with some people from his team and they were also amazing. Not once did I ever feel like this guy or his team were trying to shill me a house for the commission check. We're a family of four and had an outstanding experience buying our first home with Benjamin Bow. I first met Ben in 2014 which was well before our home search began. At that time we didn't live in Colorado, but Ben always made himself available to answer questions or talk real estate. You'll be hard-pressed to find someone more genuine. Eventually, our jobs took us to Denver and as we made our way out of the pandemic we started our first home search. Ben was instrumental in helping us find the right house in an incredibly challenging housing market. As a busy family of four and two working parents we often had to give Ben short-notice requests to see listings. Ben always found a way to accommodate our needs. I know this must have created some hardships for him, but he never once let us down. Whenever we viewed a listing with Ben he had an excellent eye for finding potential concerns within each home. Ben's dedication to my family was evident in his immense work and mountains of patience to see us through to a successful home purchase. If you're in the market to buy or sell I think it is of upmost importance to find a realtor that can build genuine relationships, provide the highest quality representation, and deliver a five-star experience from beginning to end. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach when I had questions. He made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unfamiliar with the home buying process and thus had a lot of anxiety over it all. Ben and his team truly put all of my anxieties at ease and made the whole process not only smooth, but actually enjoyable! Ben's willingness to entertain all of my requests and his responsiveness were crucial to our success together and he made it feel like he was helping a friend or family member. I particularly liked how he would always ask me questions about how I felt in a home and direct me toward "livability" aspects of the home, which is how we ended up going with the first place we saw (even after looking at about 20 others just to make sure ;)). As a young adult looking to buy my first home, I had no clue where to start, what to look for, or even the process that comes along with home purchasing. Ben was extremely patient, kind, and willing to assist me every step of the way so that I could find the house that fit my parameters.

We got a recommendation for Ben as our realtor from a friend. He did great and we couldn’t of asked for more. If we saw a house on our own and wanted a showing, we txted him regardless of the day and time (he answered and set up and appt on his daughters bday even - housing marker waits for no one). We found 3 houses we liked over the 4 month journey. First two didn’t workout out just due to the Colorado bidding market. 3rd was our dream house and very happy we didn’t close on the first two. He helped every step of the way and didn’t push houses on us, was honest with us when we asked the questions.

I cannot say enough about how down to earth he is and how he made the entire process of selling and buying a new home so simple. He has such a warm, laid-back personality which allows the process to be comfortable and relaxing. However, make no mistake, he is ON TOP OF IT when you are ready to make an offer or need to negotiate terms. Ben will make himself available, or designate a team member, to meet with you on your schedule, which was awesome since my husband and I are both working parents. This was the best home buying/selling experience we have ever had.Thanks Ben for doing such an amazing job for us!!!!

Working with Ben was great. Throughout the whole buying process, we felt that he was extremely knowledgable (knew the answers to all of our questions – or found them out for us very quickly), accessible (easy to get in touch with), and most importantly, we always felt that he was on our side. He would point out faults – not just positives, would recommend negotiating tactics to achieve our end goal and would go to bat for us communicating our wishes with the seller's realtor.

Just important as the above, Ben is very laid-back and fun to work with, making the whole process less stressful and fun. I would absolutely recommend Ben for either buying or selling your property, and have already recommended him to our friends/coworkers.
