Benjamin Hemmert

Benjamin was raised in Westerville, Ohio. Benjamin is a proud graduate of St. Charles Preparatory Academy, and The Miami University Farmer School of Business. Strong ties to the community led Benjamin to start his real estate career at HER Realtors in 2002. Benjamin is not only a local expert, but a neighbor as well. He currently lives in New Albany with his wife and two daughters.

Benjamin's local market experience is a strong benefit when you are considering a move anywhere in Central Ohio. Last year, Benjamin's team successfully closed over one hundred real estate transactions, and most of those resulted from satisfied customers sending friends and family over to Benjamin to assure they have an equally great experience.

Benjamin believes a person is only as successful as the community they represent, and gives back by volunteering with many organizations in the community. Some of these include: LifeCare Alliance and Meals on Wheels, The New Albany Independence 5K Run and Walk and The New Albany Symphony Orchestra. You can find Benjamin and his family often in the community supporting local pro sporting events such as The Columbus Crew, and participating in local dance, soccer and church events as well.

Benjamin's success has continued across his career to include becoming a Partner at HER Realtors, and a leader within the Columbus Realtors Association. Benjamin's awards and participation in our local group include:

~ Receipt of the Columbus Realtors 10 under 40 Award in 2014. This award is given annually to local Realtors under 40 years old who exemplify leadership, innovation and a commitment to raise the bar for local real estate.

~ Leadership Academy Participant - Benjamin was awarded the honor of participating in the Leadership Academy in 2014 - a select group of leaders in the local real estate industry who demonstrate a desire to lead our Columbus Realtors Association.

~ Vice Chair of the Columbus Realtors Young Professional Network (YPN)- Benjamin was chosen to help lead this group for 2015. YPN is a national organization by which local career minded real estate professionals can network to stay abreast of latest technology and industry tools to assure clients have a great experience!
