Before obtaining his Real Estate License, Ben worked in the corporate relocation sector, serving as a file manager who oversaw executive moves both domestically and internationally. In the world of relocation, Ben loved the real estate component but realized that "cubicle life" was not for him. Always chasing his dreams, Ben switched gears to extend one-on-one relocation consulting services to domestic and international employees of Middle Tennessee’s leading companies. While his main focus lies in Residential Real Estate, Ben continues to deliver top-tier relocation consulting services on an as-needed basis.

A devoted community advocate, Ben actively participates in various volunteer efforts and committees with organizations such as Greater Nashville Realtors, Habitat for Humanity, Cross Point Church, and the Nashville Symphony. Presently serving as the Co-Chair of Berkshire Hathaway Woodmont Realty’s Charity Committee, he directs his time and volunteer efforts towards supporting local non-profit organizations benefiting those across the Middle Tennessee region. His commitment to the LGBTQ+ community is evident through his active membership and role as the Events Coordinator for the Nashville chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
