Benjamin Phillips

Benjamin has been working in commercial real estate since 2002. While flipping single-family homes, Benjamin opened the property management department of Phillips Commercial in 2003. This department grew from 43 units to just over 1,800 units in 2005, when Benjamin shifted into real estate sales. First focusing on Buyer representation for apartment investors, Benjamin grew into a leadership role for the brokerage company as he earned his brokerage license in 2008. In 2009, Benjamin earned the coveted CCIM Designation bestowed by the CCIM Institute and expanded his focus into office, retail, land, and other special use real estate. In 2010, the North Texas CCIM Chapter, the second largest in the world at the time, asked Benjamin to join their leadership board as their 2010 Membership Chairman. From 2010 to 3rd quarter of 2013, and again from 2016-2019 he also worked with the KW Commercial brand out of Frisco, TX, as their Commercial Managing Director and member of the Agent Leadership Council. Phillips Commercial left KW Commercial in 2019. Though Mr. Phillips has been training agents and teaching classes since 2007, he earned his instructor's certification with the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2012. Benjamin is also an accomplished commercial pilot, husband, and father of two.
