Ben Price joined Marcus & Millichap in October of 2019. He is currently an agent under Tom McCartin of The McCartin Group. Ben graduated from The University of California Riverside in 2008 and moved to San Diego in the summer of 2017.
Ben specializes in representing local owners in San Diego facilitate the sale of their multi-family apartment buildings. Ben’s growing knowledge of the local markets, along with his partnership with Vice President of Investments, Tom McCartin, provides an unmatched ability to market and expose properties to achieve the highest possible sales price. A large portion of The McCartin Group’s business entails assisting clients with 1031 exchanges locally and through out the United States. Ben specializes in the Submarkets of Normal Heights, Talmadge and City Heights.
Ben not only works these markets, but lives in North Park as well. He is active in his community, spending time volunteering at St. Augustine High School working with young athletes. While at UC Riverside, Ben excelled in Baseball getting drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in 2008. He hopes to continue working with young athletes in his free time.
