Benjamin Puchalski

Ben got his license to sell real estate 2003 and has been involved in hundreds of deals in the Washington, DC metro area. In the past he has worked for two of the largest franchised brokerages the DC area. He works as the lead on strategic business planning. Since 2008, banks and financial institutions have relied on Ben's expertise in the DC area real estate market to sell their foreclosed and distressed properties. Ben was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and then went on to study at St Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Ben currently lives in a row home in 16th Street Heights with his wife Melissa, daughter Sydney, and collie Julep. When Ben is not selling real estate, he enjoys hiking in Rock Creek Park, camping in Shenandoah National Park, and gardening. Ben is a huge Syracuse basketball fan.
