In 2014, Bern helped us sell a condo and buy a house, and she was by far the most skilled realtor that we worked with or met.

Between then and 2024 we dropped her name to multiple friends, all of which came back and said she was amazing.

At the beginning of 2024 we decided we were on the move again, and Bern was the first and only realtor we contacted. She knows the area. She knows the mortgage companies. She knows the other realtors. She knows the inspectors, the contractors, the whole shebang. She is tech-savvy, gets back to you almost immediately, stays on top of the paperwork, and provides you with all the tools and information you need to make good decisions.

In this seller’s market it took us far longer to find a house than it did to sell ours, but just as she was in 2014 (when it took 9 months for us to find a house and another 9 months to sell ours) she was always patient, respectful, and fun. We got the right amount for the house we sold, both closings went smoothly, and Bern was a joy to work with at every step.
