I highly recommend Ski Jablonski ! He is trustworthy, dependable, great to work with, and goes above and beyond for his clients.
He is quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable of the market. Ski gets things done in a timely fashion and with professional touches that make the experience way less stressful than most other realtors.

Ski has been nothing but helpful in every aspect of finding a home, moving from a different state and all the steps it takes to make this happen. He's a mans man and will do everything he can to make sure things go as smoothly as they can. Ski Jablonski is an excellent realtor. When he listed our home, he was very thorough and caring. He was patient and prompt answering our questions when we went through the initial paperwork. He had great suggestions to help us get our home ready to sell. His thoroughness and follow up helped us get offers and the final sales agreement the first week it was listed! He had great referrals to take care of the buyer’s issues. He was prompt and very helpful with all of the back and forth communications and issues related to closing the sale. We were very fortunate to have Ski as our realtor.

Ski, was the BEST realtor I could have hoped for. He went above and beyond. He anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on his face and great expert advice. He was available at all times of the day or night. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the selling of our home seamless. He had an offer on our house the next day it went on the market and went into contract and sold so quickly. Ski was also at closing with us and made sure everything went smoothly. We feel so blessed that he is our realtor.

Ski also provided us with with a list of contractors to help get immediate improvements completed. Every contractor has been outstanding.. which we were not accustomed to in our home state. Ski was highly professional, intelligent and very knowledgeable in the entire process. Ski is the most dedicated and honest realtor I have ever met and he was there for us every step of the way! Ski is the best of the best!! We worked with him to purchase our first home. Ski is incredibly patient and knowledgeable and responsive! Ski provided guidance and support during our experience and had our best interest always coming first. When we had a question he had answer. When we wanted to look at properties he had time ! Ski has great negotiation skills and walked us through the whole process of purchasing from initial showing through the inspections through all the bumps and through the appraisal and the financing process.
