Bess Tracy

Bess gained her love for real estate & design working for her dad’s log home company in Winter Park, Colorado.

After earning a business degree, she promptly secured her real estate license and enjoyed immediate success, helping 19 buyers purchase homes during her first year in business, and has now helped myriad buyers, sellers, builders and investors: completing over 300 transactions in the last 10 years.

She earned her interior design degree while working as a Realtor dual-licensee of Colorado and California. Her passion in real estate sales, investing, home remodeling and staging has allowed her to master the real estate industry - selling all of her listings at highest price per square foot compared to her peers. This attention to detail and her clients did not go unnoticed as Bess was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters Renovation.

Not only are her marketing techniques unmatched, her eye for design serves as a unique asset for her clients to maximize the profit they make while selling their homes or renovating ones they have purchased.

Bess’ hobbies and passions on her off time include: spending time with her dogs, horseback riding, boating, snowboarding, and volunteering with foster children.
