Bessie was an absolute pleasure to work with while I was looking for a home. I had just came from active duty military and gotten pre-approved for a home loan and I had managed to find Bessie while researching homes.
She would find houses for me to look at, point out things that could possibly have come up during a VA home inspection, and has credible people she works with to make home buying a smooth and easy task.
I highly recommend going through Bessie for any relator needs, whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned pro at it.

This was my 1st time working with a realtor and I am so grateful that Bessie was the one to help us . She walked my husband and I through the entire home buying process from start to finish and answered any and all question In between … without becoming annoyed😉 ! We couldn’t appreciate that more being first time homebuyers . Though the process overwhelming at times , Bessie was always at ease reassuring us the perfect house for us was out there . OMG, where do I start? Bessie is a joy to work with. She listened to what I wanted and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly the house I wanted. In this market where everything is over priced, she got my offer accepted at below asking price which is totally amazing. She was professional all the way and yet very friendly and attentive. Bessie is great! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. A lot of agents didn't care to show rentals and not only did show us everything she stayed until after paperwork was signed to ensure we were satisfied and taken care of by the new landlord. Definitely recommend, she made the process easier and less of a hassle! Especially because girlfriend is pregnant and she made the situation less stressful for us.

Bessie was so helpful! Not only in finding a rental home but then following up to ensure all maintenance and requests were handled as things weren't all as they appeared until we moved in! She spoke with the landlords realtor and was able to help be our middleman to sort out the issues and get them resolved. This was all after we'd signed a lease so she really did follow through even after she needed to in my opinion. When we are looking to buy hopefully next year, we will be calling Bessie!
