5 stars doesn’t give Beth justice. In a tough market, she never gave up on my wife and I as we sought to buy our first home. It seemed as important to her as it was for us! She negotiated our price significantly down to meet our budget, and worked on having several necessary repairs done by the seller before closing. We found a realtor that we can rely on, not just for now, but in the future. We now count her as a dear friend.

As first-time home buyers, we had a very positive experience working with Beth. She was patient throughout the three months we spent searching and worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted. She provided helpful feedback and advice on the homes we looked at, but always gave us the space to make our own decisions.

She was timely, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire process. After closing and moving in, we encountered an issue with some building permits that hadn’t been properly closed out. She took the initiative to coordinate with the county, contractor, and title company to resolve the problem, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for us.

By far the best Realtor! It took us a while to find a house that was right for us but Beth did not give up. Just completed both selling our former home and buying our new one with Beth and it was a terrific experience on both ends. Even before we signed with her she gave us advice on things that would make our former homer sell faster and for a better price (eventually $19,000 over asking), brought in some other consultants to advise on repairs/staging and negotiated for a rent-back in the sale so we could more easily move to our new place. We weren't the easiest of buyers (seeing perhaps 50 properties before buying) but she had wonderful patience and searched diligently to find what we most wanted. Would recommend her to anyone on either the buying or selling side.

Working with Beth was a truly awesome experience. We were out of state and it was close to the Christmas holiday when we contacted Beth to list our Williamsburg condo. Beth quickly took action. She had photos taken and had it listed within 3 or 4 days. She held an open house the first weekend and we were under contract within two weeks. Beth is a rare find we when it comes to customer service. We hired her while we were in Michigan. We found several houses we were interested in and Beth Face Timed a walk through on all of them before we made our decision. Beth is the best realtor in Williamsburg and works all over Virginia. She is hard-working, attentive to her clients’ unique needs and truly cares. She helped us (with what was a lengthy search due to COVID) find our retirement house in 2020.
Then, even though our home was outside the Williamsburg area, she put in a ton of effort prepping, listing, and selling it. She is enthusiastic, motivated, professional, caring and truly went the extra mile for us- selling our home quickly and at full price. Took one call to decide Beth would be our realtor! She did extensive research to find us what we wanted. She walked us through the buying process step by step and was in constant communication with us regarding every detail. We were moving from out of state but worked with us and our family with virtual walk through's, videos and pictures. She answered all of our questions and researched and found the answers when she didn't have them. She checked in on us regularly, was our sounding board, and supported us right through closing, and still after. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We moved to VA and were renting prior to purchasing a house since we wanted to research the area. Beth was very helpful in providing information about the areas we looked at, about schools, neighborhoods, lifestyle etc. She took the time to understand the things that were important to us, and was very patient as we went from one area to another, changing our minds several times along the way.
