Beth Bearden

After moving more than ten times during her childhood, Beth fell in love with the excitement and potential that comes with a new home. She has lived in Columbia for more than 25 years and is familiar with all of the wonderful communities that South Carolina has to offer. After obtaining a Degree in Business Administration, Beth spent over a decade in the business world in risk management and finance. Her business experience enables Beth to coach her clients through this important financial decision as well as assist them in negotiating for the home of their dreams. Beth also spent eight years in education, partnering with parents in the classroom and on the athletic field. Teaching and coaching gave her a unique perspective on the importance of the home suiting all seasons of life.
