Beth Bell

Beth Bell, a native of Central Maine, brings a passion for real estate and rare marketing ingenuity in her service to her clients. With over 30 years’ experience in real estate related fields, including investing, new construction design, property development and property management, she contributes a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. Beth's flair for remodeling, restoration, interior design, and home staging is invaluable in helping clients discover great potential in quality properties. She is knowledgeable and experienced in oceanfront, riverfront, lakefront, and island properties.

Beth is licensed as a Real Estate Broker. This is the highest licensing available in Maine; it indicates that the broker has handled many transactions of various types, and that they have the qualifications and experience to open their own agency. She is an annual award winner. Her professional memberships include Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and Maine Association of REALTORS. Beth lives in Auburn with her husband, Gordon. They have two adult children, Jeff, and Annalise. Beth & Gordon are active members of East Auburn Baptist Church and are committed to community service in Central Maine. Beth served the community as an elected official, as Androscoggin County Commissioner.
