This is an update to previous post. If you are looking for a real estate sherpa to guide you with buying or selling your home, hire Beth Borenstein. We just closed on the sale of our old home, after last minute issues with the buyer arose. Beth's guidance and understanding of how to address these issues were critical to a successful closing. Quite simply exceptional. From the fist contact all the way through closing, Ms. Borenstein displayed phenomenal business acumen and in depth knowledge of the best way to prepare, list ad successfully sell our property. There was not a single thing I would have changed about this interaction. And Compass' Concierge program is an exceptional way to get your house ready without having to incur massive debt. Beth was instrumental in helping us (first time homebuyers) navigate the process of buying a home. She was patient and responsive. She helped us locate a lender that ended up giving us a very fast closing timeline. She gave great advice, and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. Having that kind of honesty in your agent is really important. Oh, and we bought during COVID, when the market was absolutely insane and everything was moving so quickly. Highly recommend.
