Beth Brennan

I began my real estate career in 1996. Most of my business is through personal referral.



Formerly a health care administrator, I transferred my problem-solving skills into helping buyers find the home that’s just right for them and helping sellers to maximize success in selling their homes. An Ithacan since 1985, I have also lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and New Jersey, so I understand the challenges of relocation. I hold an Associate Broker’s license. Designations earned included Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Green, and Certified Buyers' Representative (CBR). I was the 2012 President of the Ithaca Board of Realtors, and 2012 Realtor or the Year.



My husband, Peter, is a Gastroenterologist at Cayuga Medical Associates and is affiliated with Cayuga Medical Center. We have three sons, all of whom attended and graduated from Ithaca City Schools. Mike and Joe are Cornell graduates, and Tom, Princeton. When not selling real estate, I like to cook, walk, travel and be a Grandma to 4 grandchildren living out of state.
