Beth Davis

Beth Davis (she/her) moved to real estate after almost 20 years in music education and arts administration. She has a passion for meeting people where they are, earning their trust, and helping them achieve more than they could on their own.

Organized and thorough, Beth takes pride in empowering and advocating for her clients. She is not afraid of hard work and thinking outside the box!

Having lived in many cities and states, Beth was immediately captivated by Richmond and inspired to set up shop. She has surrounded herself with incredible real estate professionals — clients can rest assured that behind their fiercely dedicated agent is a village of additional knowledge, insight and support.

Beth holds a Bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and a Master's degree from California State University, Northridge.

She loves singing, animals, great food, beautiful views, wholesome content and authentic connection.
