Beth is your one in a million realtors. I have used her in selling and in purchasing homes. She is extremely thorough. She communicates extremely well and is very responsive. She will get to know what you are really looking for and curtail her searches So that you are not wading through a bunch of stuff and wasting your time on places that you would never be interested in seeing.

More importantly, I feel like Beth treats you with respect and never pushes you to purchase or sell for a price that you’re not comfortable with. Her ethics are the highest ethics that I have seen in working with multiple realtors over my lifetime. I would not hesitate to use Beth to sell my house or to purchase a property or to refer her to any one that needed her help. She should be your first stop and only stop when looking for a realtor.
