She has been recognized as one of Chicago’s 30 Most Influential Brokers in 2018 by Crain’s Custom Media, a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, and has earned the most exclusive designation from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services – the Chairman's Circle Platinum Award/Top 1% Nationwide. Beth was inducted into the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Hall of Fame in 2016.

Beth’s clients range from first-time home buyers to sophisticated real estate investors. She represents buyers, sellers, renters, and investors from the Gold Coast to Wicker Park, and the South Loop to Lincoln Square. She also has extensive experience financing, managing, renovating, and leasing multi-family investment properties. Beth uses her comprehensive knowledge of all facets of real estate to help her clients obtain the highest sale price for their property or find just the right home or investment property.

Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Beth attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. She taught English in Germany for a year before settling in Chicago in 1999. After a year as a marketing specialist for Steppenwolf Theatre Company, she followed her passion for real estate and began her career in 2001.

Beth enjoys living in the vibrant Ukrainian Village neighborhood with her husband, daughter, and two sons.
