If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is patient, hardworking, and somehow manages to keep a smile on her face through absolute chaos, Rocky is your person.

We spent over a year searching for our home, and I honestly don’t know how she didn’t give up on us. My fiancé and I had completely different ideas about what we wanted. I dreamed of an older home with mature trees, established landscaping, and plenty of character. He had a very different vision. We toured countless houses, changed directions more than once, and all while trying to stay within a budget and be fiscally responsible in a market that makes that easier said than done.

Through every showing, every text message, every “maybe this is the one” and every disappointment, Rocky was there.

Everything happened over the phone and online and I basically sold my home COVID style (no contact). Jodi asked what kind of house I was looking for, the style, and the area I would like to live in. Due to my work, I lived out of state, so I had to put 100% trust in Jodi to view the houses for me. Jodi did a virtual walkthrough using FaceTime with me. She gave me a very detailed description of the house's condition such as if it smelled, had scratches, or anything out of the ordinary. Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Shelby. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.

Throughout the past several months, Shelby has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. So, from the beginning of the process to the end, Beth was awesome. We wanted to list our home and were looking for a professional realtor who told us the facts, not just what a seller may want to hear. While I was not sure on the list price, Beth assured us we were in the price point to market fairly. (I thought it was high)

After signing up with Beth, she immediately scheduled an open house, and that was our luck that the home went under contract in like 7 days from listing.
All the way through the process, Beth always made time for us, our questions and was professional yet also "real" and down to earth.

Where do I start? When we started building our house, we came across an agent name Shelby Rockwell, who became a God send! She not only was there for every step of the process but she went above and beyond he duties as our agent. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone! She listens to your needs/wants and them makes them happen! It was a rollercoaster of a ride during the process, but working with Shelby was by far the best and easiest portion of the adventure.

Words can’t express the gratitude I have for Jeff Briggs and the Beth Hines team. For two and a half years he showed us homes and was never pushy. He always said “If it’s not exactly what you want, don’t buy it.” Jeff had opportunities to make a sale and numerous times would get out a flashlight and crawl under a house to show me problems that I would have missed. We finally found the house we wanted to call our home and through hard work and determination Jeff was able to help see our real estate transaction through to the end. We had issues with the construction that nearly ended our contract with the builder. Our process was very long and came to a point where I had to get an attorney involved. This was taking up hours of Jeff’s time daily and got to a point where I felt guilty about taking up so much of Jeff’s time. I told Jeff that we may end up having to go through litigations and gave Jeff the option of backing out as my realtor just because the conflict between the builder and myself was so overwhelming. Jeff did not bat an eye and vowed to stick it out with us, and no matter what the end result, he would not leave our sides. He kept his word, and today we closed on our new house. I am proud to be able to call Jeff Briggs my real estate agent and even more proud to be able to call him a friend.

Shelby was professional, punctual, thorough, and the reason we were able to buy our first home! I recently relocated to NC from Delaware and I had the privilege of meeting Tara Cook my agent. I spent two days in town looking at a dozen houses or so and Tara was just great. While I did put an offer in on a house it fell through due to the survey we kept in touch. Within days Tara mentioned there was another house completely redone. I was not able to make it down to look at it so Tara suggested we FaceTime from the property. The house was perfect for my needs and impeccable. We put an offer in the same day. I never thought I would buy a house through FaceTime but this technology allowed me to feel as if I was walking through. I came back into town do a walk through and Tara went above and beyond picking me up at the airport and driving me around for the day. Tara does what needs to be done to get the deal done. Working with Tara has been an easy experience and seamless because Tara is well versed in the local market. We have since become friends and keep in touch regularly. Due to miscommunication I mistakenly jumped to unwarranted conclusions about Mrs. Hines. She proved to actually be quite thorough in her approach. Don't become impatient with her, she has a lot of listings to tend to, and she will definitely show you results. My apologies for jumping to conclusions are extended to her, but even after I done so, she even volunteered to pay half (out of her own pocket) for my new blinds.
