About Beth

Beth was born and raised in Bloomington, Illinois, and attended college at the University of Texas at Austin (Hook’em Horns). She spent five years with Nationwide Insurance in sales, underwriting and claims. Then she opened The Beth Livingston Agency, a Nationwide franchise. As her company grew over the next eight years, she realized she was spending more time running the business and less time interacting with her clients. She missed building those relationships, so she made the transition into the residential real estate industry when she and her family moved to Charlotte in 2007. Beth quickly found her passion again and spent four years as a Broker/Realtor® with Frenzel Properties prior to joining Corcoran HM Properties in early 2018.

Beth and her husband, Jeff, live in the SouthPark area with their two children, and Havanese dog, Edna. She is an active volunteer with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Myers Park Presbyterian church. In her spare time, you can find her cooking for family & friends, dining out, or on the dance floor at a concert. She is thankful for her book club and supper club, both of which have been going strong for over 12 years.
