The median sale price is around $830,000, nearly double Charlotte’s median and well above that of neighboring Sharon Woods and Quail Hollow. Prices for detached homes start in the mid $500,000s and quickly rise to $3.5 million, depending on size and other factors. Townhouses start in the mid-$300,000s and can reach the mid-$700,000s. Homes also tend to sell faster here than the national average, typically spending an average of about a month on the market. “When desirable upgraded homes with outdoor living space and parking come on the market, you’re probably going to have a dozen offers,” says Nelvia Bullock, a Realtor with Compass.
