Prior to my real estate career, licensed in 2005, I was a consultant for PwC and then IBM. As a business analyst consultant for major corporations, I figured out what they wanted from their electronic systems and then wrote functional designs on how to get it. I blended technical solutions with social and business goals. With IBM I was always assigned the toughest projects and loved the challenge and thrill of coming to a successful conclusion.
Selling real estate is much the same: I figure out what my clients really want and then we work together to get it for the best price. Seeing the big picture helps me put the details in place. Speaking of details, I am detail oriented and guide my clients through each step of the processes of selling and buying. I am a full-time Realtor and my clients work directly with me.
I readily use new strategies and am creative in assisting my clients, who come first! The market is forever changing and being flexible and forward-thinking serves my clients in this ever-changing and challenging world of selling real estate.
Throughout the years I’ve regularly received awards from NCJAR and Weichert based on performance. As further proof of my knowledge of real estate, I also obtained my Broker’s License (2015) holding me to higher standards than those of a Salesperson only.
