I have been looking for a new home for a while and had gone through a number of realtors before I came upon the reviews of Beth Lowe and decided to give her a call and couldn't be happier that I did. In looking for a home, she quickly learned what we wanted and did not want and found us the perfect place in no time. Other realtors would just sign us up for Listing Book or another email list while Beth actually took the time to look for houses with our wants and needs. We ran into a number of issues after signing the contract with the bank and the seller but, Beth was a huge help with getting everything resolved. In January of 2011, when I first met Beth , I never imagined we would be working together for nearly two years to find and close on my perfect home. During the time we were searching for a home with Beth, she would meet us at times that worked best for us.She took into consideration that we had small children, which we had to arrange childcare for, or bring with us to see the houses. If we did bring our children with us, Beth was so friendly to them and had an tremendous amount of patience. When we first began to look, we had a budget and we were torn between three towns. After some time, we changed our budget due to the fact that we realized if we spend just a little more, we could get A LOT more for our money. This was a realization that my husband and I came up with on our own. Beth never pressured us to raise our limit. After another few months, we zoned in on Oceanside. In August of 2012, we found THE HOUSE! Beth was there every step of the way of the closing process. She answered countless questions from me and was very prompt at returning phone calls and emails. There is no one I would recommend more to help you with your home buying or selling process than Beth Lowe! She is in a class all by herself!

From the get-go, Beth was very professional and understood our situation completely. She quickly learned the type of property we were looking for, and being a couple in search of their first house, we felt very comfortable and in good hands with Beth. When it came down to it, Beth FOUGHT FOR US! The property we fell in love with (and ended up getting) was a short sale, but Beth made it seem rather effortless. We had some problems with the selling agent (whose name I will not mention) and the short sale company to which Beth was very professional in making sure that we were taken care of. The selling agent, even after accepting our offer, decided to continue showing the house and decided to accept another offer. In the end, the 2 offers the selling agent had 2 identical offers with 20% down. The selling agent was going to send both offers to the bank for them to pick one, but Beth stepped in and put $500 of her commission into our offer so that we could get the house. Honestly, would never have expected anyone to do this for us. We worked with Beth for over a year and she was an absolute PLEASURE! We would recommend her to everyone we know. We couldn't be happier and it is all thanks to Beth and Exit Realty. Not only is Beth an excellent agent and represents her buyers as if they were family, but she really knows everything there is to know about buying real estate. She was so easy to communicate with. She was prepared, professional, responsive, and simply outstanding from start to finish. Because of her effective marketing techniques, we had frequent showings and wound up with multiple offers. I was incredibly impressed. I needed to buy a house quickly and close before October 1st. I started The Process with Beth in June and we were finished by September. We would have closed sooner (August) if the seller would have accomodated us but it all worked out. I had the pleasure of working with Beth on the purchase of my second home. I say working with but in truth, she handled absolutely everything. Now that we have finally closed on our house I had to take the opportunity to mention how amazing Beth was to work with. We started looking for a home back in July and within hours of our first conversation she had set up appointments to show us properties we liked. The house-hunting process was pretty much all-consuming and it really felt like she was in it with us. I don't think there was ever a time that I emailed or texted her that she didn't respond back within the hour, and I emailed her at all times of day and night. Usually she responded within minutes. When we finally found our house she fought for us for weeks (literally) to get us the best price, and it was not easy. She kept fighting and negotiating even after we had given up and it was because of her that the seller finally agreed on our price. So it is no exaggeration to say we would not have our home now if it weren't for her. Overall, she was just SO easy to work with and she's great at what she does. It didn't matter to her that our budget was very low for the area we wanted. She worked hard for us up until the end and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I've never posted a review before, but our experience with her was too good for me not to say anything. We are customers for life.
