Beth Reindl Madrigal is a seasoned professional and community leader who brings over 20 years of experience in business development, real estate, and mental health. As a licensed real estate professional brokered by Real Florida, LLC, Beth specializes in residential and commercial properties across the Emerald Coast. Her business career spans from owning award-winning hospitality ventures and top sales in real estate to helping manage multi million-dollar construction projects. As President of Administrative Asset Advantage, she guided clients through business development, contract negotiation, and compliance. Her role as Comptroller for Floridian Construction and Development involved managing complex regulatory environments and large-scale projects. Additionally, her entrepreneurial efforts in the hospitality industry earned “Best of the Best” accolades.
Beth holds a Master’s in Psychology and Counseling and is currently practicing real estate with her GRI, AHWD, ABR and many other education classes enhancing her fiduciary duties to her clients. As President of the League of Women Voters in Okaloosa and Walton Counties, Beth champions civic engagement and voter education. Beth is a Commissioner for the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women, serves as their Vice Chair and is on their Human Trafficking and Mental Health Committees. Her dedication to community well-being is further reflected in her long-term volunteer roles, including over 20 years with organizations like her local school board, PAL Soccer League as a sponsor, coach, and board member, and a Bridgeway Crisis Line volunteer just to name a few.
