Beth is an extraordinary realtor. Her attention to detail was apparent from our first meeting throughout the entire sale process. She did a thorough market analysis and justified a list price above our expectations. She was also brutally honest about staging for success and we followed her advice. We had a solid offer $11K over asking in eight days and she was able to provide evidence to appraiser as needed. As closing neared, Beth kept all parties aware and on time to ensure everything was prepared. Closing was a breeze. We happily recommend Beth Manzella as your next realtor.
