I have known Beth Molteni has a friend for awhile and to be honest I was nervous about using a friend to sell our house. Thank goodness I got over that reservation because I couldn't of asked for a better realtor. Beth was very caring and went above and beyond what you would expect a realtor to do. She gave us great advice. She was always positive and helped us every step of the way. We had very professional service from and Beth and the staff she works with. Beth came in and gave wonderful advice and support. She helped us decide what work to do before listing, had a great brochure printed, keep us informed of the feedback she received on the property, followed the market in our area to let us know about the other houses we were compeating against. I know Beth treats all of her clients in this same wonderful manner. I would recommend Beth to anyone I know who needs a realtor.

I chose to work with Beth due to several others who had known her and her work ethic. It appears that these individuals had been referred to Beth by friends and constituents. They had enjoyed a great relationship working with Beth. I expected to have Beth act in a professional manner. I expected her to be available when I was to be in town to view homes and discuss the various aspects associated therein. I expected Beth to keep abreast of all changes in the market and more importantly in the homes which met my selective requirements. I found that Beth went above and beyond the call of duty. She was always available when I visited and whenever I called. She was always prompt in advising of the available inventory. She has far exceeded my expectations. I have been most impressed with Beth's sense of professionalism as well as her ability to balance her huge real estate business with numerous charitable efforts and her family life. She has excelled in each of the individual areas. Moreover, these efforts are indicative of not only her qualities as a real estate professional but her character as a human being. I would advise my friends that they should go with Beth for all their real estate needs and more importantly they will surely gain a friend.
